A priority of the school council is resourcing a school learning environment that caters for the student as a learner for the future. The library has been renovated to incorporate a flexible learning space through the use of laptops. There has been an extensive renewal of IT facilities, with a priority of provision of multi-media and IT in each classroom. The college is committed to expanding the role and presence of interactive whiteboards.

Rosehill Secondary College is at the cutting edge of information technology in schools. The college has an extensive network with data points in every classroom and some 250 pcs.

Metal
Rosehill has an extensive metal workshop where the students learn a range of skills including welding soldering, bending and testing of metals.
Wood
The wood workshop is well equipped with a range of carpentry and cabinet making tools and machinery.
Food
The Food Technology room is equipped with modern ovens and cooking facilities. Food is one of the most popular technology subjects in the College.
Electrical
Wires, circuit boards and solar technology are all things for students to experience in the Electrical/Electronics room at Rosehill.
