To improve the pedagogical practices of the whole school so that student learning outcomes are enhanced in all areas with a specific focus on literacy and numeracy.

To maintain a safe and caring environment in all areas of the school. Provide learning experiences that are both challenging and stimulating and which reward personal effort, commitment and achievement.

To develop a range of pathways for all students that leads to further education, training and meaningful work.
Key Improvement Strategies

Through the implementation of such initiates as VELS and POLT, review the content, teaching strategies and structures of the curriculum, and develop and implement a common understanding of how students learn and an agreed vision of the learner.
